Price and payment

Product prices are listed on our platform. We are not required to provide any travel gear to you at an obviously incorrect lower price, even if an email confirmation was sent prior to the discovery.

Our refunds policy

You have a 60-day window to return or exchange Elime products from the day of delivery. If the premium quality does not meet your expectations, you can request a swap for the same model. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original state, and in the initial packaging. Upon arrival at our facility, we will verify the condition and notify you. We will update you on the status of your request immediately after this inspection. Once a swap is cleared, we ship the new item within 2 business days. If a refund is granted, we credit your original payment method, and funds typically appear within 2 business days. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item to us. Elime only covers the logistics costs for shipping exchange products back to your location. This ensures our community continues to enjoy high-quality travel gear with total confidence.

Our liability

We guarantee that every Elime bag or accessory purchased through our site is of premium quality. Our liability regarding any item bought via the website is strictly capped at the purchase price of that specific product. Brand owner warranties apply to all travel gear unless otherwise mentioned in the product description.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for failing to perform our duties under a Contract if caused by situations beyond our control ("Force Majeure Event"). This includes any act, occurrence, or accident outside Elime's reasonable influence, specifically: strikes or industrial labor disputes; riots, civil unrest, invasions, or terrorist threats; natural disasters like fires, storms, floods, and earthquakes; inability to use public or private transport such as trains, planes, or ships; failure of telecommunications infrastructure; or restrictive government legislation and decrees. We strive to provide excellent service regardless of these external challenges, but these events may limit our operational capacity. Our commitment to high-quality travel gear remains, yet we must acknowledge these physical limitations. These factors may disrupt the logistics required to deliver our luxury travel products to our customers across the globe.

Our duties under any Elime contract are suspended while the Force Majeure Event lasts, granting us an extension for delivery and performance. We will make every effort to resolve the event or find a workaround to fulfill our obligations despite the disruption. We remain dedicated to serving our adventurous community with the same style and functionality they expect from the brand.
